PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE BEFORE USING BLOGPROS.COM AND ITS SERVICES. BY CONTINUING TO USE BLOGPROS.COM, IT IS PRESUMED THAT YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

1.1 Blogpros, we, our, its and us refer to the blogpros.com and its owner.
1.2 'Services' include blog promotion, social media management, consulting, the website of Blogpros.com and any other service we may introduce in the course of the business.
1.3 Additional or separate agreement means any agreement between Blogpros and the client other than or in addition to the standard TOS.
1.4 You, client and user refer to any person visiting blogpros.com or placing an order to purchase any service.
1.5 The 'TOS' refers to all sections of this document from 1 to 12 applies to all of the services of Blogpros.
1.6 Privacy Policy means the principle position of Blogpros as how the information collected from you is used and maintained.
1.7 Provision: All the sections and sub-sections of the TOS.

2.1 Our services include blog promotion, social media management, and consulting. These services are priced and charged collectively.
2.2 The users are advised not abuse this service. Blogpros reserves the right to deny any of the users without assigning any reason and without any liability arising from such denial.
2.3 Blogpros may not accept the jobs relating to pornography, pharmaceutical, gambling, drugs or any unethical material. Blogpros reserves the right to stop working with any of the clients at any time without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever.

3.1 The payments are accepted through Credit Cards and recur every month.
3.2 Monthly payments can be cancelled at any time within your client dashboard, or by sending an email requesting cancellation.
3.3 The payment made for the purchase of the services by the client is not refundable, unless we are unable to deliver service due to a technical issue.
3.4 The client specifically agrees not to dispute any credit card transaction without first attempting to resolve the issue through our customer service channels.
3.5 If the client in violation of the preceding provision disputes such transaction, he shall indemnify Blogpros by paying an amount equal to the three times the disputed amount along with the expenses incurred by Blogpros in the resolution of such dispute.
3.6 The clients are advised to ensure that they understand all aspects of the transactions and that there is nothing ambiguous in the TOS before making final order. Blogpros owns no liability if you omit to read the TOS.
3.7 The price of the services are given on the pricing page available at Blogpros.com which shall form part of the TOS.

4.1 Blogpros may revise, amend, change, withdraw and declare ineffective any of the provisions of the TOS without prior notice. Such revision, amendment, change, withdrawal or infectivity will come into force soon after it is posted on the TOS page.
4.2 We reserve the right to terminate or make unavailable any of the services without notice. However, the user who has made the payment in advance for any of the services is entitled to claim the refund up to the amount he has paid.
4.3 The services of Blogpros are available for the users having legal age fixed by the law for the time being in force for eligibility to enter into contract. If you do not have such age, Blogpros is not for you. Blogpros expressly disclaim all the liabilities whatsoever.
4.4 You are not allowed to use blopros.com in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it or interfere with the use of any other user of Blogpros.
4.5 The user is not allowed to employ any spider, robot, any automatic device or manual process or means to access blogpros.com for any purpose, including copying or monitoring any of the material on the blogpros.com without prior consent of Blogpros
4.6 You are prohibited to use any software or device that interfere with proper functioning of blogpros.com
4.7 The user is prohibited to introduce any malicious or harmful material into blogpros.com
4.8 You are specifically prohibited to maneuver to gain an unauthorized access to, damage, interfere with or disrupt any part of blogpros.com, its host server or any affiliated database, computer or server.
4.9 Subject to any additional or separate agreement, the TOS forms the entire agreement between Blogpros and its users with respect to the enjoyment of the services offered by Blogpros.
4.10 The headings and subheadings in the TOS are for convenience and reference purposes only and do not limit, define, construe or determine the scope and extent of such provisions.
4.11 Blogpros.com has its official 'Privacy Policy', which constitutes part of the TOS. It is posted separately for the purpose of convenience and special consideration.
4.12 If Blogpros does not enforce any right arising from the TOS or from any additional agreement, it will neither imply that we waive the right nor deprive us to enforce such right subsequently.
4.13 Blogpros reserves the right to assign the TOS to any person or entity. The client may not assign the TOS to any person or entity.

5.1 All disputes and differences between Blogpros and users will be governed by the local law in the State of California, the United States of America.
5.2 All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the city of Ventura, California. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
5.3 All the notices required to be served by the TOS or by the relevant law for the time being in force shall be presumed to be delivered if sent to the official email of blogpros.com

6.1 Blogpros.com respects your copyrights. We believe that we have not violated any kind of rights owned by any other party. In case, any person or entity finds that his/her or its rights are infringed by an act of omission or commission of Blogpros, he/she or it must serve a thirty day notice on us through our official email address. We will try our best to resolve the matter with the immediate effect.

7.1 All the material contained in blogpros.com, including but not limited to the content, photographs, graphics and design, is our sole property and protected by the relevant law for the time being in force in the United States and in the world. You are not allowed to copy, reprint, distribute, host or use in any other manner without the explicit permission of Blogpros.
7.2 In case of infringement of the rights, we reserve the right to take legal action in accordance with the relevant law for the time being in force in the US and in the world, and may also claim for the damages.
7.3 The rights not claimed expressly by the TOS are hereby reserved.
7.4 When the job is completed, all the rights associated with the services are also transferred to the client free from any prior lien and encumbrance.

8.1 You expressly agree to compensate and hold Blogpros harmless from any claim, action, demand or damages made by any third person arising out of or associated with your enjoyment of our services, or violation of the TOS committed by you or infringement of rights of third party.

9.1 THE MATERIALS CONTAINED IN AND SERVICES OFFERED BY BLOGPROS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE TEXT, IMAGES AND GRAPHICS, ARE MADE AVAILABE ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE LAW FOR THE TIME BEING IN FORCE IN THE US, BLOGPROS DISCLAIMS, HEREBY, ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES HAVE: FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUS; MERCHANTABILITY; NON-INTERRUPTION AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; BLOGPROS DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT IN AND INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON BLOGPROS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, UPDATED OR CURRENT.
9.2 Force Majeure: If Blogpros.com or its client is unable to perform any of the terms of the TOS due to an act of God, flood, fire, natural disaster, strikes, malicious injury, lock-outs, labor troubles, insurrection, riots, war or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of blogpros.com or its client, such performance shall be excused until such inability continues.
9.3 Extent of Liability: Notwithstanding any of the provision the terms of the service, the collective liability of blogpros.com, its staff, agents, associates, representatives or any person acting on its behalf with respect to the client for all claims arising from the Services during the course of the contractual relationship shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the given content job.
9.4 All errors and omissions excepted.

10.1 If any provision of the TOS seems to be unenforceable in any specific circumstances, it shall be severed from the contract, and the remaining terms will be valid as if such provision is not severed.
