Infolinks Alternatives for 2026
Infolinks has been around long enough now that it’s no longer the scrappy newcomer - it’s an established player in the text-based ad network space. They’ve built a solid reputation with a smart contextual algorithm that scans your page content and serves relevant in-text ads, and their 65% revenue share is competitive, though not the best in the industry.
Still, there are times when you want an alternative. Maybe Infolinks hasn’t performed well for your niche. Maybe your audience has grown tired of in-text ads. Maybe you were banned, or maybe you’ve simply outgrown what they offer. Whatever the reason, the good news is that the ad network landscape has matured significantly, and there are some genuinely strong alternatives worth considering in 2026.
Google AdSense

The elephant in the room. AdSense remains the gold standard for most publishers, offering a 68% revenue share and an unmatched pool of advertisers. Their contextual targeting has only gotten sharper over the years with machine learning improvements, and their dashboard is clean and reliable. If you haven’t tried AdSense, or were previously rejected and haven’t reapplied, it’s worth making it your first stop before exploring anything else.
Media.net

Powered by Yahoo and Bing’s ad network, Media.net is one of the most credible AdSense alternatives available today. They focus primarily on contextual display and native ads. Requirements are a minimum of 10,000 monthly visitors, and your traffic should predominantly come from the US, UK, or Canada to perform well. Their minimum payout is $100 on a NET 30 schedule. If your audience skews toward English-speaking Western markets, this is a serious contender - and which countries have the highest CPM payout rates is worth understanding before you commit.
Adversal

Adversal continues to be a solid mid-tier network specializing in display and native ads. They prefer sites with at least 50,000 monthly page views, but they’re known for being fairly accommodating. They offer a 100% fill rate and support pop-unders for publishers who are open to that format. They’re also one of the better options if you’re running non-English content, which is increasingly valuable as global ad spend grows.
AdRoll

AdRoll leans more toward retargeting and performance marketing than traditional display, but it’s worth a mention for publishers with e-commerce audiences or content that attracts buyers. Their CPM rates typically range from $1-$2.50, and they advertise a 2:1 return on ad spend. It’s a different flavor than most networks on this list, but it can be highly effective in the right context for B2C businesses.
PopCash

If you’re open to pop-under ads, PopCash offers one of the more generous revenue splits in the game at 80% to the publisher. Approval is fast, setup is simple, and they draw from a large pool of exclusive advertisers. Pop-unders aren’t for everyone - your audience tolerance matters - but for high-traffic sites where user experience is more flexible, PopCash can generate meaningful passive income.
Raptive (formerly AdThrive)

If your site has crossed the 100,000 monthly pageview threshold, Raptive (the rebrand of AdThrive) is one of the best premium networks available. They manage your entire ad stack, optimize placements, and consistently deliver some of the highest RPMs in the industry. The barrier to entry is high, but publishers who qualify rarely look elsewhere.
AdMaven

Founded in 2015, AdMaven has scaled impressively and now delivers over 2 billion daily impressions worldwide. They support a wide range of ad formats including push notifications, interstitials, and pop-unders. For publishers looking to monetize global traffic - including non-tier-one countries - AdMaven’s reach makes them worth testing.
Skimlinks

Skimlinks remains one of the more elegant monetization tools available, particularly for content and editorial sites. It works by automatically converting existing outbound links into affiliate links where applicable, earning you a cut when readers click and buy. There’s no need to manually manage affiliate relationships - Skimlinks handles it all in the background. It pairs well with other ad networks and doesn’t require you to change your writing at all.
Sovrn //Commerce (formerly VigLink)

Similar in concept to Skimlinks, Sovrn //Commerce monetizes your existing links by routing them through their affiliate network. If you already link out to products, tools, or services in your content, this is essentially free money with minimal setup. They’ve evolved their product over the years and now offer decent analytics to go with it.
Bidvertiser

One of the older networks still standing, Bidvertiser operates on a bidding model where advertisers compete for space on your site. They track conversions and reward publishers with bonuses for higher conversion rates. It’s not the flashiest network in 2026, but it’s reliable, it’s been around forever, and it pays.
A Note on Ad-Based URL Shorteners

Services like AdFly and similar ad-frame shorteners are still around, but they’ve fallen out of favor for most serious publishers. Browser changes, ad blocker improvements, and declining CPMs have made them less viable than they once were. They pay pennies per click in most cases and can genuinely frustrate your audience. Unless you’re running a very specific type of site where this fits naturally, it’s generally not worth the trade-off.
Networks That Didn’t Make the 2026 Cut

A few names that appeared in older versions of this post are worth a quick update on. Chitika shut down in 2019. Clicksor has been effectively defunct for years - you can read more about how well Clicksor traffic used to convert. Vibrant Media has pivoted away from publisher monetization. Intellilinks and B4PSAds appear to no longer be operational. If you’ve seen any of these recommended elsewhere, treat that content as outdated.

I used info links when I first started my blog and it didn’t convert very well for me so I threw Adsense on it. Been earning a few hundred a month using Adsense. Now I hit around a million visitors per month so I decided to give info links another shot. Hopefully they convert nicely for me with Google Adsense to double my income every month. We shall see.
